MagnaCom’s quality assurance is based upon our task management plan, which is in place to ensure our team can deliver high quality products and services.
Task management is an institutional process implemented in day-to-day corporate activities to ensure outstanding quality services. These procedures deliver high quality products and services. We are committed to providing quality products and services and to meeting the highest expectations of our customers.
The following provides the details of our Task Management Process, which covers the full task lifecycle.
a. Review Delivery Order/Task: Analyze the technical and administrative requirements to ensure a full understanding of contract deliverables. b. Conflict of Interest: Review the scope and, if provided, the SOW to ensure there are no organizational conflicts of interest. c. Estimate Resource Requirements: Conduct a preliminary determination of contract resource requirements. Ensure that the MagnaCom Team has the qualified personnel and the organizational infrastructure to accomplish requirements within the specified task schedule. d. Decision: After the review process is completed, a program manager’s decision is needed to proceed.
a. Task Requirements: Ensure coverage of all technical and administrative task requirements and deliverables. b. Technical Approach: 1. Develop the overall technical approach 2. Provide specific details on accomplishing each technical task 3. Provide details of the technical, administrative, and management review process to ensure delivery of quality products and services c. Develop Draft Task/Project Plan: The draft plan should include the following details: 1. Proposed schedule for contract accomplishment 2. Technical and/or administrative actions to complete all deliverables 3. Cost for labor, travel, and material resources as required 4. Expenditure rate for resources 5. Project/Program Management Plan 6. Review process to ensure high quality products and services per contract requirements are on time and within budget d. Management: Provide the management structure for the Delivery Order/Task 1. Corporate management responsibilities 2. Program/Project Manager responsibilities 3. Contracts administration
a. Complete the Task/Project Plan b. Execute the Task/Project Plan: Conduct an initial customer coordination meeting to: 1. Review requirements and to obtain full understanding of customer expectations 2. Discuss implementation plan with the customer a) Identify risk areas b) Establish a direct line of communication with the customer 3. Provide resources required to complete all deliverables 4. Ensure task management is adequate for contract tasks 5. Maintain task within budget and on schedule 6. Establish quality control process: a) Internal project/task reviews b) Customer reviews c) Management reviews 7. Manage resources (labor, travel, material) adhering to the planned expenditure rate 8. Establish and maintain direct customer communication and coordination c. Reviews: 1. Review cost and schedules and adjust as necessary in coordination with customer 2. Conduct reviews: a) In-house Reviews: The Program Manager will conduct, as a minimum, weekly technical reviews with engineers and technical personnel, and monthly reviews with MagnaCom Team Management to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance requirements are met b) Customer Reviews: Reviews are conducted as scheduled or as directed by the customer 3. Procedures for meeting urgent requirements: If a situation is identified where there are urgent or conflicting requirements, upper management will be notified to resolve the issue
